Improved: The pages for the people who run the sites now share the site’s header and footer.

New: Tools for the people who run the sites: accounts for owners, brand owners and their support staff, with names you can change in settings.
New: A quick way to go back to the previous version of the site if an update ever causes a problem.

Changed: The installed app returns to today's puzzle when you come back to it after more than ten minutes away. A short switch to another app leaves the page as it was, and your progress is always saved.

Changed: Restart now only clears the board. The time, mistakes and hints you have already used keep counting, and the screen shows how many times you restarted.
New: Restarting a finished puzzle starts a practice run. Your first finish is the one that is kept.

New: This page: a short list of what changed in each version.
Improved: Updates reach the site quickly and smoothly, so you see the newest version without having to clear anything.

New: Average time to solve is shown under each puzzle once at least three people have finished it.
Improved: A full hint (all three steps) now counts as one hint, and “left” never shows more hints than there are empty squares.

Fixed: Once a hint shows the answer square, it stays on screen until you fill that square.

New: Hints can be used for about a quarter of a puzzle’s empty squares. The Hint button shows how many are left.

New: Timer with a Pause button (the puzzle is hidden while paused).
New: Mistakes counter, hints, guide lines that follow a chosen number across rows, columns and boxes, and an offer to finish the puzzle when only a few squares are left.
New: Number pad digits grey out once all nine are placed.
New: My puzzles lists the puzzles you have opened in this browser, with their level.
Fixed: Typing numbers in Firefox no longer opens the browser’s quick search bar.
